ABOUT ME

I am an experienced home baker living in rural Hampshire. I sell my bread at local Artisan Markets and other bake sales under the name of The Old Dairy Bakery. My courses are taught in a domestic kitchen, in Liphook, Hampshire. They are small friendly classes (maximum of four people). I enjoy passing on bread making skills to others and showing them how much can be achieved in their own kitchen. I specialise in teaching sourdough courses, as well as doing yeasted bread.
